Nutty and somewhat mushroomy scent with rather calm yellow fruity aromas and delicate vegetal tones as well as a hint of ash. Ripe, quite juicy, somewhat melting fruit, very fine acidity, nutty aromas and a hint of herb butter, very fine acidity, some grip, hints of smoky and toasty wood notes, again a little mushroom in the background, traces of caramel, good persistence, tart minerality and delicately peppery spice, very good, slightly warm and fine-melting finish with a little yellow spice. Gains nobility with air.
