2021 Untertürkheim Herzogenberg Weißburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Somewhat herbal-vegetable and nutty scent of ripe pome fruits and citrus fruits with dried floral nuances, moderate wood spice, some minerality and butter. Ripe, clear, juicy citrus-apple fruit, fine, quite lively acidity, nutty and a little reminiscent of parsley planty notes, smoky and salty tones, very slightly drying tannin, delicately sweet melting, a hint of artichoke, very good, juicy, somewhat planty to herbaceous, nutty and delicately buttery finish with some minerality.
