Clear, quite polished citrus-stone fruit nose with fresh herbal-vegetable notes and hints of mussels. Fine, again polished fruit with delicate planty to herbaceous tones, quite fine, with air increasingly present acidity, good persistence, absolutely dry style, yeasty and also mineral notes, very delicate grip, very good, taut, relatively cool finish with a certain draught.
