2020 Untertürkheim Herzogenberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Calm yellow-fruity nose with some fennel, walnut, almonds and dried-vegetable aromas. Restrained, firm, quite dry-looking, still slightly muted fruit, clearly planty aromas, some celery and fennel, salt in the background, also a little chalk, fitting acidity, some drying tannin, very good, firm and tart, again quite mineral finish with acid bite, herbal notes, black pepper and again sandy-grippy tannin.
