Firm and quite deep, fine-vegetable and slightly smoky, also nutty aroma with pome fruit notes, root vegetables as well as a hint of mushrooms and tobacco. Ripe, quite polished, again firmly knitted fruit with smoky and a little tobacco wood notes, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly, partly still slightly sandy tannin, good substance and persistence, salt in the background, some depth, very good, again gently smoky finish with tart fruit and moderate wood spice.
