Cool, clear, somewhat yeasty nose with light yellow fruity aromas as well as slightly greasy, nutty and herbal-vegetable tones, a little light wood and mineral nuances. Astringent, somewhat apple fruit with aromas reminiscent of citrus zests, yeasty notes and light, slightly nutty wood notes, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins, certain persistence, very good, fruity and very slightly light-woody finish with bite
