A slightly earthy and woody bouquet of red and black berries with floral notes and slightly vegetal and mushroom notes, reminiscent of bacon and hanging flesh. Straightforward, tangy-juicy fruit with some smoke and roasting, lively acidity, fine sandy, rather crumbly tannin, good persistence, salt in the background, fresh vegetable to herbal nuances, good to very good, quite juicy finish with acid bite and a little smoky and sooty wood
