Very firm, yeasty, distinctly herbal and still a little smoky-reductive aroma with noble yellow fruity aromas, a hint of sesame, tobacco traces, tangerine peel and minerality. Ripe, firm, juicy, almost completely dry fruit, very fine, ripe acidity and some grip, again yeasty tones and a little sesame, herbs and seaweed on the palate, a hint of crabmeat, persistent on the palate, good depth, hints of red berries, still undeveloped but with plenty of energy, intense chalky-salty minerality, very good to long finish.
