Cool, firm citrus-stone fruit nose with distinctly herbal aromas, a touch of spinach, hints of sesame, almonds and light tobacco. Fine, cool, relatively tightly knit fruit, fine, lively acidity and some grip, yeasty notes and again a little sesame on the palate, persistent, clearly salty, some coriander, red berry traces, quite complex, some depth, very delicate sweetness in the background, a hint of tuna, then bamboo shoots, very good tight fine-juicy finish with red berry traces.

Best to drink: 2024-2034+. What our ratings mean
