Clear, firm and polished, relatively cool fragrance with very fine yellow fruity aromas and floral and herbaceous traces. Taut, tart, juicy, cool fruit, lively, fine acidity and touch, fine herbal aromas, still a trace of yeast, good substance and persistence, some depth, a touch of dark berries and floral nuances, very good, firm, polished finish with quite noble juice
