Very firm, tart nose, nutty and light yeasty notes, yellow fruit, floral notes, touch of yellow spice, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, partly candied juicy fruit on the palate, gripping, light floral notes, mineral notes in the background, very firm structure, noticeable tannic grip, still undeveloped and slightly rough, persistent, some depth, yellow fruit and intense mineral notes, vegetal notes and a delicate hint of bacon on a very good, firm, tart finish.
