Firm nose, herbaceous, yeasty and mineral notes, restrained tart yellow fruit. Ripe, juicy, partly candied, bone dry fruit on th palate, ripe tannins provide firm grip, yeasty and fresh vegetal notes, still totally undeveloped, chalky and salty mineral notes in the background, some bite, good depth, hint of bread, clear contours, very good firm, grippy, cool, juicy finieds time to mature.
