Cool, firm, citrussy fruit on the palate, sweetish and juicy, fairly prominent acidity, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, persistent, polished and has some bite, still slightly yeasty in the background, light mineral notes, exotic fruit in the background, floral traces, some grapefruit, delicate touch of sugar candy in the background, clear contours, cool, fruity finish.
