Translate to English Kühler, straffer, tiefer und geschliffener Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit hefigen Tönen, herber kräuteriger Würze und sehr viel Mineralik. Saftige, dabei eher herbe Frucht im Mund, kräuterig-pflanzliche und zart hefige Aromen, präsente, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, viel herbe Mineralik am Gaumen, dicht, fest und nachhaltig, recht kompakter Bau, ausgezeichnete Tiefe, vielschichtig, zupackend, dabei noch gänzlich unentwickelt, enorme Spannung, sehr langer, wieder packender Abgang. Entwickelt sich über Tage und wird dabei immer tiefer und zwingender.
