2009 Riesling trocken Alte Reben, La Borne, Rheinhessen, Germany

Deep scent of very ripe stone fruit and herbs with intense mineral aromas and notes of candied citrus fruits. Dense, powerful and sweet-juicy in the mouth, again very ripe fruit with notes of candy, present, fine acidity and some carbonic acid, yeasty hints and sweet herbal aromas, concentrated on the palate, enormous melting, very present minerality and a lot of spice, still extremely young, long, again very fruity, melting and quite sweet finish.
