Wine Review Report
Very good (87 WP)
24 August, 2001
Delicate mineral nose, aromas of apples and white peaches. Quite elegant, delicately juicy and sweet fruit, lively, elegant acidity, very straightforward style, elegant, very fine mineral notes on the palate, very persistent, quite a long finish with citrus and peach, fruity notes.
Best to drink:
Up to 2006.
Along with Bingen and Nierstein, one of the three areas in the German Rheinhessen growing region; see there
