Dense, delicately spicy nose, aromas of apples and peaches. Some spritz at the beginning, juicy sweet fruit, harmonious acidity, still slightly yeasty, absolutely clean style, delicate mineral notes in the background, some herbs and spices, very good balance, clean but slightly short finish.
Best to drink:
