Tart nose, vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, restrainedyellow fruit aromas, spicy tracesand earthy notes. Ripe, slightly off-dryfruit on the palate, livel acidity, light tannic grip, nutty and yeasty notes, light floral and vegetal notes, herbaceous traces, earthy and mineral traces, fairly good persistence andsubstance, good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
