Quite firm, slightly smoky-spicy and nutty aroma of ripe mainly dark berries with cherry nuances, hints of leather and restrained dark ethereal spice. Clear, tangy, rather tightly knit dark fruit, moderately smoky and bitter-chocolate flavours, very fine, youthful tannin, good persistence, has polish and animating bite, herbal nuances and pepper in the background, also salt, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish. Skilful.
