Yeasty and slightly nutty, distinctly vegetal scent with light yellow fruity and very slightly bacon-like notes, some minerality and a little bit of legume. Clear, polished, cool, light fruit, again vegetable and yeasty aromas, lively acidity, a hint of bacon and herbs, good persistence, still undeveloped, quite clear minerality, hinted at white pepper, good to very good, tight finish
