Firm and tart, somewhat dried-vegetable and clearly nutty aroma with calm, slightly warm yellow fruity notes and woody hints. Ripe, firm, tart fruit, again pronounced nutty spiciness, some wood and tobacco traces, calm acidity, good substance and persistence, mineral notes in the background, some depth, has power and melting, but also backbone, very good, again calm and tart, quite dense, rather mineral finish.
