Delicate vegetal and light floral notes on the nose, still veryslightlyyeasty, fairly cool, light yellow fruit, mineral notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty notes, floral traces, light smoky and nutty aromas, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, mineral notes in the background, spicy notes, still undeveloped, good persistence, peppery traces on a very good, smoky, spicy finish.
