Firm, tart, slightly dried and planty scent reminiscent of paprika with clear blackberry aromas, a little cherry, a hint of black olives and earthy and nutty tones. Herb-juicy and somewhat smoky and roasty in the mouth, surprisingly cool-looking fruit despite all its strength, somewhat bitter-chocolate and coffee-roasted wood with nutty tones, dried herbs and slightly ethereal notes on the palate, persistent, good depth, certain minerality, quite complex, still young, has a certain freshness, very good, firm, relatively complex, juicy and spicy finish
