Cool, slightly smoky-bacon-like, somewhat almondy and hinted tobacco scent of partly preserved core and stone fruits with a trace of savoy cabbage. Straightforward, sweet fruit with slight blackberry and mint notes, lively yet fine acidity, has some grip, certain sustainability, in the background Romanesco and again savoy cabbage, chalky tones, good to very good finish.
