2020 Chasselas trocken "Vierlig", Baden, Germany

Tart, nutty aroma with pome fruit notes, very delicate bacony nuances and a hint of flowers. Clear, fine, light fruit, smoky and nutty wood notes, some yeast, hints of white pepper, good persistence, very fine acidity and some grip, light minerality in the background, citrus nuances, has freshness, some depth, very good finish.
