Cool, bright, tart, herbal and yeasty nose with mushroomy notes, white flowers and a hint of citrus. Lean, tart, bright fruit, yeasty, nutty, herbal and delicately smoky notes, medium-fine mousseux, some grip, hints of dark berries in the background, chalky hints, good to very good, leict almondy-nutty and again yeasty finish with herbal notes.
