Dull, rather pale amber and ochre. Vegetable, somewhat floral and clearly yellow-spicy scent of dried apricots and pome fruit with nutty tones, a hint of tobacco and mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy fruit with fine acidity and a lot of ripe tannin, yellow-spicy tones, again apricots and also a little citrus fruit, lasting, fine acidity, certain depth, yeasty tones, a hint of tobacco, very good, firm, tangy-juicy, chalky and handy finish
