2020 Neusiedlersee DAC Zweigelt Reserve trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm aroma of ripe black berries with bacony, a little dried-herbal and floral nuances, woody notes and a little pepper. Tart dark fruit with some bitter, smoky and chocolaty wood spice, coffee grounds and a little juniper, lots of power and warming alcohol, some persistence, sooty and burnt-nutty tones, a hint of salt, also in the good to very good finish alcoholic and a little bitter.
