2018 Gols trocken "Fusion", Burgenland, Austria

Fairly firm nose, very light floral notes, predominantly black berries and a few cherries, cedary traces, light herbaceous notes and some juniper. Very ripe, warm fruit on the palate, prominent nutty oak, spicy notes and some chocolate, hint of smoked bacon in the background, noticeable high alcohol, fairly persistent, good to very good finish.
