Restrained, somewhat nutty and vegetal aroma with yellow fruity hints and a hint of smoke. Also in the mouth rather restrained fruit, nutty, vegetal and smoky hints, a hint of mushrooms, relatively present acidity, some grip, some persistence, salt in the background, good to very good, rather tart finish with bite.
