Quite firm, somewhat yeasty, tart-spicy and slightly floral pome fruit scent with nutty aromas and a little dark berries. Tart, juicy fruit with nutty and dried-vegetable aromas, quite fine, rather moderate perlage, light grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, black berry tones again, very good, quite grippy, spicy, rather tart finish
