Firm, nutty and slightly vegetal scent with yellow fruity and still yeasty aromas as well as very slightly toasted flavours. Bright fruit and smoky wood in the mouth, vegetal notes again, matching acidity and touch of ripe, fine sandy tannins, good persistence, certain strength, some chalky minerality, slightly perceptible alcohol, good to very good, tart, still slightly bitterish finish
