Cool, fresh and bright, still somewhat yeasty nose with white and yellow fruit aromas, floral nuances and very light nutty hints. Fine, restrained fruit with very fine acidity, yeast notes again and some light, slightly nutty wood, some persistence, planty and floral nuances, salty-chalky traces, good to very good, quite cool and polished finish with a hint of butter.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
