Cool and tart, clearly planty nose with yellow and white fruit aromas and certain floral tones. Tight, tangy fruit with smoky and nutty aromas, also still slightly yeasty, lively acidity, persistent, some grip, light mineral notes in the background, good substance, still rather undeveloped, fennel seeds in the background, has elegance and depth, very good to long, tight, tangy and finely spicy finish, again with minerality and bite. Still needs to mature.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
