Fairly firm nose, green vegetal notes, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of spinach, yeasty traces, earthy and chalky notes. Ripe, juicy, slightlywarm fruit on the palate, tart, spicy vegetal notes, yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, fairly prominent mineral notes, elegant, lively acidity, ripe tannins provide a firm grip, smoky traces in the background, good substance and persistence, fairly full-bodied, but also has a polished style, some depth, nutty traces on a very god, firm finish.
