2018 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Reserve, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm, rather cool and quite deep fragrance with light wood aromas, more white than yellow fruity aromas, a little green berries, floral traces, a hint of smoke, nuts and some minerality. Astringent, very light, again rather cool, quite juicy fruit, still a little yeasty, light wood notes, salt and chalk, fresh vegetable and delicate floral aromas, persistent on the palate, quite dense, still hardly developed, clear minerality, white flowers, has grip, still a little unapproachable, certain depth, very good, tight finish
