Fairly cool nose, citrus and light stone fruit, yeasty traces, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light mineral notes. Clear, dry, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly prominent acidity, light tannic touch, some persistence, some bite on a good to very good tart finish.
