2014 Chardonnay Brut, Rheinhessen, Germany

Nutty, yeasty and light dried vegetal notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, touch of white bread, light floral traces. Restrained, fairly tart fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and vegetal aromas, fairly fine mousse, hint of bacon in the background, very slightly muted, fine sandy tannins, fairly persistent, good, tart finish.
