Slightly nutty fragrance with restrained, clear pome fruit aromas as well as dried plant and mineral traces. Tart, very light, reserved fruit, completely dry, yeasty, nutty and slightly planty tones, chalky notes on the palate, some grip, certain persistence, good to very good finish with bite
