Yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, citrus and stone fruit, very elegant green vegetal aromas, hint of sugar candy, sulphurous notes, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, sweetish, partly candied and preserved fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, earthy and mineral notes, fairly full-bodied and creamy,floral traces, some white pepper, noticeable salty notes, still has noticeable sulphurous notes, light tannic touch, very light bitter notes, hint of bacon on a good to very good finish.
