Translate to English Fein-vegetabiler bis kräuteriger und zart holzwürziger Duft mit kühlen, geschliffenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einem Hauch Speck. feinsaftige, nicht völlig trockene Frucht, ganz leicht rauchige und hefige Töne, zart vegetabil im Hintergrund, sehr feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Griff, noch jung, erdige bis mineralische Nuancen, noch eine Spur gedeckt im guten bis sehr guten Abgang. Sollte noch mindestens ein paar Wochen ruhen.
