Auch im Mund eher zurückhaltende, zitrusbetonte Frucht, pflanzliche, erdige und hefige Noten, leicht deckender Gerbstoff, präsente Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff und Biss, helle Mineralik, kühler Stil, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Zug.
