Light nutty, vegetal and floral notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, mineral traces in the background. Bone dry, fairlyshy fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, hint of tobacco, tranquil acidity, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, slightly creamy, delicate hint of bacon and mushrooms, some chalky and salty notes in the background, good persistence, good to very good, tart finish.
