Light pink. Firm, polished, clearly nutty pome fruit scent with very delicate yeasty and bacon-like notes, spicy nuances and a certain minerality. Tight, tart, quite juicy fruit with smoky wood notes and a noticeable tannin touch, also on the palate still a bit yeasty, clear minerality going into the salty, tobacco and slightly fungal aromas, as they are quite typical for ripe Pinot Gris, a bit deep, has power but avoids heaviness, also because it is bone dry, very good, firm finish. May mature a little more
