The vineyards cover 18 hectares of vines in the single vineyard sites Haubenberg, Hölle and Probstey (Saulheim), Geiersberg and Goldstückchen (Armsheim), and Kachelberg (Ensheim). They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Scheurebe, Huxelrebe, Morio-Muskat and Ortega, as well as with the red wine varieties Portugieser, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Schwarzriesling, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Management is carried out according to the philosophy of the house "by appreciating the natural conditions" with
cover crop the vineyards and gentle vine care. The average yield in recent years has been 65 to 80 hectolitres/hectare
The wine cellar, built in 1897, is divided into the bottle, barrel and tank cellars. It is also used as an event room for wine tastings, art exhibitions, buffets, receptions, etc. Depending on the type of wine, the wines are traditionally matured in large wooden barrels in piece and double piece format, in steel tanks or in barriques. Fruity wines are produced through classical vinification. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines, secco (sparkling wines), noble brandies (wine, fruit) and liqueurs are also produced. As an individual service, hand-painted wine and sparkling wine bottles are offered. And as another special feature, the lease
(vine sponsorship) of two Pinot Gris vines with the annual yield of a total of four bottles of wine and one vine is possible. A colourful range of products is offered in the in-house gift boutique. The winery is a member of Generation Riesling
