Distinctly herbaceous-vegetal and delicately smoky aroma with core fruit notes, a hint of fennel, tobacco, bacon, honey, and nutty undertones. Firmly structured, quite juicy, initially completely dry fruit that gains sweet melt with air, very fine acidity, vegetal aromas, some minerality, and restrained barrel tones, gentle grip, lasting on the palate, has power but remains without heaviness, good sustainability, cooling ethereal nuances, a touch of tobacco, very good finish.
