2021 Nordheim Vögelein Riesling trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, cool citrus-peach nose with yeasty, vegetal and floral nuances. Bright, youthful fruit, still somewhat yeasty tones, fine, relatively lively acidity, some tannic grip, cool vegetal notes on the palate, quite clear minerality, persistent, still undeveloped, good to very good, quite firm finish.
