Cool, firm, quite deep nose with noble yellow fruity aromas, a little shellfish and avocado, parsley, yeasty-mushroomy notes and minerality. Firmly knit, juicy, cool fruit, lots of grip, ethereal-herbal aromas and hints of yellow spice, persistent, a little smoky and also still yeasty, a little gooseberry in the background, avocado again, also aloe vera, very delicate sweetness, peppery nuances, good depth, a hint of black berries, some star fruit, has bite, very good, tight, juicy and fine-herbal finish with a hint of pepper.
