Firm, calm, quite deep, somewhat yeasty aroma with noble yellow fruity aromas, a touch of fennel, ethereal-herbal nuances, yellow spice and wax with mineral notes and hints of nuts. Ripe, calm, somewhat creamy fruit, vegetal, delicately mushroomy, earthy and herbal nuances, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, light woody traces, lasting, certain power, smoky hints, ginger and a hint of fennel in the background, good depth, very good, firm, still very slightly drying, but also juicy finish with a lot of minerality and some smoke.Will become even tighter and more complex with air.
