Firm, polished and fairly deep, cool nose, restrained, tart yellow fruit, floral notes, herbaceous and mineral traces. Ripe, juicy, partly candied, essentially dry fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and light nutty notes, light vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, peppery traces, good depth and persistence, elegant grip, fairly creamy, still undeveloped and compact, hint of celery on a very good, firm, herbaceous, mineral finish.
